Seller guarantees that puppy is free of any verifiable inherited life-threatening genetic disease or disabilities unless otherwise stated.

Seller gives a 12-month (from date of birth) guarantee against serious genetic defects excluding hypoglycemia (sugar drops). This guarantee does not cover any findings or internal parasites, coccidiosis, giardia or mites. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange and other auto immune disorders that are not covered by this warranty. Any physical problem, which is or could be the result of injury, is not covered under this warranty, including luxating patella's. TO VALIDATE THIS GUARANTEE, BUYER MUST HAVE THE PUPPY EXAMINED BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS (48 HOURS) OF AQUIRING PUPPY AND YOU MUST ACTIVATE YOU 30 DAY FREE TRIAL OF TRUPANION PET INSURANCE if the puppy within 48 hours after buyer takes possession is found by a licensed Veterinarian to not be in good heatth (internal parasites, external parasites, and kennel cough excluded) you must notify us within 48 hours with a written statement from your licensed Veterinarian. The breeder agrees to REPLACE PUPPY. Upon return of puppy (uninjured and unharmed) along with all registration/paperwork and a written statement from licensed veterinarian. Should buyer neglect to take puppy for this exam within the time frame allotted, the guarantee expires automatically, and buyer thereafter accepts immediate and full responsibility for the puppy's health, both as known and unknown diseases, disabilities, genetic defects and other health conditions of the puppy. All vet bills are the responsibility of buyer. If this puppy dies from such a documented life-threatening inherited condition within 6 months from the date of purchase, seller is bound by this guarantee if and only if the following conditions are met.

Seller must be notified within two days (2 days) of diagnosis or death of puppy.

B.

Request must be accompanied by a necropsy report if puppy is deceased, and absolute verifiable diagnosis of the inherited condition in either

case, including but not limited to a statement from a licensed veterinarian. If you choose Euthanasia without prior consent from the seller you will forfeit any guarantees within this contract.

You agree to fill out all necessary forms to return ownership to the breeder of puppy. Exact size, weight or color cannot be guaranteed at adulthood. This guarantee applies to the original buyer and cannot be transferred.

PUPPY IS SOLD ON A SPAY OR NEUTER CONTRACT UNLESS BREEDING RIGHTS ARE RESERVED THERE IS A SEPARATE CONTRACT FOR BREEDING RIGHTS.
